Do you provide International delivery?
No at this stage we only ship nationally within New Zealand.
How do I return an item?
Please complete our online return form and we will send you a return number for your parcel. See our return terms here.
What is your returns policy?
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unsatisfied with an item or if it doesn't fit you correctly, Fashionably Late offers a hassle-free return policy. You have up to 10 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. Upon return, we will promptly credit the purchase price of the item to you.
When will my order arrive?
We use NZ Post to send all our orders - you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your order on NZ Post tracking site. Orders are usually processed the next working day but may take up to 3. During New Zealand public holidays, processing time can increase, we thank you for your patience. Delivery timeframes are usually between 1 – 5 working days.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will need to sign for your order on delivery.
How do I track my order?
We send all our parcels with NZ Post. Please use their tracking page on their website and enter in the tracking number provided to you on your shipping confirmation.

You have up to 10 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. Upon return, we will promptly credit the purchase price of the item to your account.
Please take a moment to complete our online return form, which will enable us to process your return smoothly. Once you submit the form, we will provide you with a unique return number that should be placed on the parcel when you send it back to us. Kindly note that the shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked courier service when returning the item, as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages during transit.
Please ensure that the returned item is in the same condition as when it was sent to you. If we determine that the item has been altered or damaged, we reserve the right to decline the return and send it back to you.
